水分运筹对不同冬小麦品种旗叶叶绿素含量的影响 被引量:13

Irrigation Management Effects on Chlorophyll Content of Flag Leaf for Different Winter Wheat Cultivars

摘要 在大田高产条件下,研究了水分运筹对6个冬小麦品种花后旗叶叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,0~1m土层较低的土壤水分(40%〈RSWC〈60%)对花后0~14d旗叶叶绿素影响较小,但加速灌浆后期叶绿素降解;持续过高的土壤水分(RSWC〉70%)(春季灌4水处理)降低多数品种灌浆中期旗叶叶绿素含量和Chla/b,叶绿素含量峰值提前,延缓灌浆后期叶绿素降解;适宜的土壤水分(60%〈RSWC〈70%)有利于花后旗叶叶绿素含量始终维持较高水平。石新733、石新703、石麦15、和石麦12旗叶叶绿素含量对灌水的反应较敏感,冀5579和石家庄8号不敏感。不同灌水处理之间花后旗叶叶绿素含量均值与籽粒产量相关性不显著,但花后28d旗叶叶绿素含量与籽粒产量相关性较强。 The effects of irrigation management on chlorophyll( Chl) content of flag leaf were analyzed in a field study for six high-yielding winter wheat cultivars. The results showed that soil water deficit(0 - 100 cm, RSWC 40% - 60% ) had little effect on Chl content of flag leaf during 0-14 d after anthesis, but accelerated Chl degradation at late grain filling stage. RSWC higher than 70% of the 4-time-irrigation decreased Chl content and Chla/b,and slowed the degradation rate of Chl, which treatment resulted in earlier Chl content peak compared with the other treatments. RSWC range of 60 % - 70% was favorable for higher Chl content. Cultivars of SX733, SX703, SM15 and SM12 were sensitive to irrigation" in terns of Chl content, but JM5579 and SJZ8 responded reversely. No significant correlation was found between mean postanthesis Chl content of flag leaves and grain yield among different irrigation treatments. Stronger positive correlation relations were, however, revealed between 28 d Chl content of flag leaves and grain yield.
