摘要
试验结果表明,干旱胁迫下抗旱性不同的冬小麦品种的抗旱系数为:昌乐5号>秦麦3号>山农587>济南13>鲁麦5号>烟农15。五个生育期的叶片渗透调节能力为抗旱性强的品种大于抗旱性弱的品种,抗旱系数和渗透调节能力是反映冬小麦抗旱特性的两个最好指标。拔节、孕穗和开花期抗旱性强的品种气孔阻力比抗旱性弱的品种大,灌浆和乳熟期抗旱性强的品种光合速率比抗旱性弱的品种高。从孕穗到乳熟期,缓慢干旱胁迫下50%光合受抑时的叶片水势,抗旱性强的品种低于抗旱性弱的品种。干旱胁迫下抗旱性强的品种叶片脯氨酸累积较多。
Six winter wheat cultivars were studied under drought stress and normal conditionsto investigate their drought--resistant physiological characteristics. The results revealedthat the order of the drought--resistant coefficients of the winter wheat cultivars studiedwas: Changle 5>Qinmai 3>Shannong 587>Jinan 13>Lumai 5>Yannong 15; andthe osmotic adjustment ability was greater in cultivars with stronger drought resist-ance than in those with weaker drought resistance, indicating that drought--resistantcoefficient and osmotic adjustment ability were the best indications of drought resist-ance in winter wheat. Further studies revealed that there were also other indicators for drought resistance,although they were only effective at certain growth stages. Thus, the stomatal resist-ance during the jointing, booting and florescent stages was stronger, the netphotosynthetic rate during the filling and milky stages was higher; and the leaf waterpotential from the booting stage to the milky stage, when under slow droughtconditions and when 50% of the photosynthesis were inhibited, was lower incultivars with stronger drought resistance.Similarly, the accumulation of proline wasgreater in cultivars with stronger drought resistance.
