摘要 背景:螺旋藻可用于补充人体营养需要及各种疾病的防治,目前将其应用于抗运动性疲劳的动物实验有相关报道,但存人体方面的应用却较少。目的:拟观察螺旋藻营养法对人体运动能力及其抗运动性疲劳的影响与效果。设计、时间及地点:以大学高水平长跑女运动员为观察对象,随机对照试验,于2006—07/2007—07在燕山大学完成。参试者:选择大学高水平长跑女运动员10名,年龄19—26岁,均为国家二级运动员。方法:将10名运动员随机分为2组,每组5名。试验组服用海水螺旋藻胶囊3次/d,10粒/次,0.25g/粒,共80d;对照组则采用传统的方法,服用玉米淀粉胶囊3次/d,10粒/次,0.25g/粒,共80d。两组膳食标准统一并同时接受100,1500m跑训练。主要观察指标:试验前后分别测量2组运动员的血乳酸、血尿素氮以及安静状态下和运动后恢复期的心率及血压。结果:10名运动员全部进入结果分析。①血乳酸和尿素氨:运动后试验组均低于对照组[血乳酸:(5.78±0.59),(6.38±0.42)mmol/L;尿素氯:(7.01±1.42),(7.45±1.9)mmol/L,P〈0.05]。②心率和收缩压:经过80d试验,两组运动员100m测试后在恢复期第3,6分钟.试验组心率明显低于对照组(P〈0.05):在恢复期第2.3,6分钟,试验组收缩压明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。1500m测试后在恢复期第3,6,10min,试验组心率和收缩压明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:螺旋藻营养法不仅可以有效促进运动性疲劳的恢复,而且能提高机体运动能力。 BACKGROUND: Spirulina is rich in nutrition, and has been widely used in foods and medicines. There have been many experiments about spirulina for antifatigue to animal, but few to human. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of spirulina nutrition on human sports ability and antifatigue. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: High-level women distance runners in ufiiversity were taken as the testers. The experiments were performed from July 2006 to July 2007 in Yanshan University. PARTICIPANTS: Ten high-level women distance runners in university, 19 26 years old, who were all national 2 grade athletes, were recruited in this study. METHODS: Ten women distance runners were divided into two groups randomly, experimental group (n=5) and control group (n=5). Athletes in the experimental group took capsules made of spirulina, while athletes in the control group took capsule made of mealie. Both administrations were given 3 times a day, 10 particles once, 0.25 g a particle, 80 days. They had the same foods and accepted intense training of 100 m and 1 500 m running simultaneously. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: After and before the experiment, the athlete's blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen, besides the heart rate and blood pressure at static condition and recovery period after running were all tested separately. RESULTS: Ten athletes were involved in the result analysis. Blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen were lower in the experimental group compared to the control group after training [blood lactic acid: (5.78±0.59), (6.38±0.42) mmol/L; urea nitrogen: (7.01±1.42), (7.45±1 .95) mmol/L, P 〈 0.05]. At 3 minutes and 6 minutes of recovery period after 100-m running, athletes in the experimental group had much lower heart rate than the control group (P 〈 0.05); At 2, 3 and 6 minutes after running, they had lower systolic pressure (P 〈 0.05); At 3, 6 and 10 minutes after 1 500-m running, heart rate and systolic pressure of the athletes in the experimental group were evidently lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: Spirulina nutrition method can not only promote runners recover from sport fatigue, but also improve their sports ability.
