摘要
根据运动性脑缺氧发生的原因,及其所产生的脑细胞能量代谢的变化,从四个主要方面论述了运动性脑缺氧引发中枢疲劳机制,并提出运动性脑缺氧的适应及其生化变化,目的在于提高对运动性脑缺氧的认识,在运动训练或比赛中更好地预防运动性脑缺氧的发生。
According to the cause of the brain anoxia induced byexercise and the change of energy metabolism, in four main points, the mechanism of the brain anoxia induced by exercise lead to central fatigue and it's adaptation were discussed. Results showed that the brain anoxia induced by exercise should be recognized and prevented better in exercises and matches.
