摘要
随着基础教育课程改革的深入,基础教育师资需求已经从重数量向重质量转型。基于当前高师院校教育实习面临诸多困境,高师院校当务之急应将微格教学融入教师行动研究,依托数字化微格教学系统的模拟教学环境,对师范生的课堂基本教学技能进行强化训练以提高他们的实战教学能力,更好地为基础教育培养合格的师资,以促进师范生的教师专业化发展。
With the further development of the reform of basic education curriculum,the great needs of teachers in middle schools have shifted from the quantity to quality. Currently teachers colleges, based on digital microteaching system, should mix the microteaching into teacher action research, supply simulation teaching environments to normal students, and improve their practical and basic teaching abilities in order to meet the needs of qualified teachers for basic education, and promote their teacher professional development.
