摘要 多年的教学实践证明,语文教学基本功和基本技能的培养应贯穿整个师范教育教学的全过程。将教育教学理论知识系统化集中教学和小学优秀的示范教学引入到师范院校的课堂,能有效地培养师范生的语文教学能力。建立教学资源库,通过网络为在校师范学生和从事小学语文教学的毕业生提供长期教学理论的学习和教学技能交流的平台,改革传统的考核、评价学生成绩的方法,是提高高职师范学生语文教学能力的有效措施。 Years of teaching practice prove that the training of the basic skills for Chinese teaching should run through the entire process of the whole normal educational teaching.Bringing the systematical concentration teaching of educational teaching theory knowledge and excellent examples in primary teaching in the classroom of normal colleges can effectively cultivate normal students' Chinese teaching ability.Establishing teaching database can provide normal students in colleges and graduates working on primary Chinese teaching with long-term study of teaching theory and platform of teaching skills communication by network.It can reform the traditional reform and evaluate students' scores,which is the effective measure to increase higher vocational normal students' Chinese teaching ability.
