摘要
甘肃民勤农民专业合作社从2007年开始建立至今,在数量和服务内容等方面取得了一定的成就。本文通过宏观制度层面和微观组织层面对影响合作社发展的因素进行分析,发现民勤农民专业合作社在与市场连接、参与市场竞争等方面存在着诸多问题。因此,需在现有组织模式上进行改进,从而使合作社发展壮大。
Minqin farmer professional cooperations were set up in 2007,which have reached some achievements in quantity and service contents.Minqin farmer professional cooperatives exist many problems in connection with the market and participating in market competition based on the macroscopic and microscopic research.Therefore,it needs to improve the existing organization pattern to the cooperations to grow up.
