不明原因反复自然流产与绒毛组织血管内皮生长因子、微血管密度的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不明原因反复自然流产(URSA)发生的可能机制,为临床治疗提供依据。方法随机选取URSA患者28例作为病例组,同期正常妊娠要求人工流产者20例作为对照组,运用免疫组织化学SP法检测两组绒毛组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达、微血管密度(MVD)值。结果URSA组绒毛发育不良,VEGF表达强度、MVD值显著低于对照组;两组绒毛组织VEGF表达与MVD值均呈正相关。结论绒毛组织VEGF表达、MVD值降低及绒毛发育不良与URSA的发生存在相关性。 Objectives: To investigate the possible mechanism of the unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA).Methods: Immunohistochemistry(SP method) was applied to observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and microvessel density(MVD) in the villi from the URSA patients and normal controls.Results: The villi of the URSA patients were underdevelopment,and the expression of VEGF and average MVD in the villi of the URSA patients was decreased significantly when compared with that of the control group.There was a positive correlation of the expression of VEGF with MVD in both groups. Conclusions:There is an association between the occurrence of the URSA and the low expression of VEGF,MVD and the underdevelopment of the villi.The insufficient blood supply to the embryonic tissue may be the main immediate cause of abortion.
