摘要
采用共沉淀和离子交换两种方法制备出了布洛芬(IBU)/层状双氢氧化物(LDH)插层化合物:in-situ-MgAl-IBU和ex-situ-MgAl-IBU样品。红外光谱、X射线衍射和热重分析研究表明,上述样品中IBU离子均成功的插入到了LDH层间,且LDH层间几乎所有的NO3-都被IBU离子取代。在磷酸缓冲溶液中考察了其缓释性能,结果表明,ex-situ-Al-IBU的缓释性能明显优于in-situ-MgAl-IBU产品,说明采用不同的方法可以制备出不同缓释性能的IBU/LDH插层化合物产品。
Ibuprofen (IBU)-layered double hydroxide coprecipitation (in-situ-MgAl-IBU) arid ion-exchange thermal properties of the above two compounds were (LDH) intercalated compounds were prepared by (ex-situ-MgAl-IBU) methods. The structures and determined by FT IR, XRD and TG analysis. The results showed that the IBUs ions were intercalated into the LDHs host successfully by complete ion- exchange of NO3^-. The drug release properties were studied in phosphate buffer and the results showed that the release time of the ex-situ-MgAl-IBU sample was longer than the in-situ-MgAl-IBU. Th.is means that IBU/LDH intercalated compounds with different release property can be synthesized by different methods.
