摘要
采用一步法制备十二烷基硫酸钠改性的锌铝双氢氧化物(ZnAl(SDS)-LDH),并对其结构进行表征,然后通过熔融共混法制备膨胀阻燃聚丙烯/ZnAl(SDS)-LDH复合材料,系统研究了ZnAl(SDS)-LDH的添加量对膨胀阻燃聚丙烯复合材料阻燃性能和热稳定性能的影响,同时研究复合材料制备方法对材料结构和性能的影响.研究表明,体系的阻燃效率不仅与ZnAl(SDS)-LDH的添加量有关,与材料的制备工艺也有很大关系.添加适量的ZnAl(SDS)-LDH可明显提高膨胀阻燃聚丙烯材料阻燃性能和热稳定性能.在ZnAl(SDS)-LDH添加量相同的情况下,先加ZnAl(SDS)-LDH,后加膨胀阻燃剂的样品的阻燃性能明显优于先加膨胀型阻燃剂,后加ZnAl(SDS)-LDH的样品.
Sodium lauryl sulfate modified zinc-aluminum layered double hydroxides (ZnA1 (SDS)- LDH) were prepared via the one-step method. The effects of ZnAI(SDS)-LDH on the flame retardant property and thermal stability property of the intumescent flame retardant polypropylene (PP) composites were investigated.' And the effects of preparation method on the structure and flame retardant properties of the intumescent flame retardant PP composites Were studiedas well. The preparation method greatly influences the structure, and only by reasonable preparation method can the intumescent flame retardant PP/ZnA1 (SDS)-LDH nanocomposites be prepared. The synergistic effects of ZnAI(SDS)-LDH with intumescent flame retardants (IFRs) can be influenced by the content of ZnAI(SDS)-LDH and the preparation method. When ZnAI(SDS)-LDH is added before IFRs, the LOI value is evidently higher than those from adding ZnAI(SDS)-LDH after IFRs.
