摘要
绿原酸具有抗氧化、清除体内自由基、抑制突变与抗肿瘤等多种生理活性。对超临界CO_2萃取葵粕绿原酸的影响因素(夹带剂种类、浓度、用量、萃取温度、压力、时间以及CO_2流量)进行了详细的分析和讨论。结果表明,以上因素对绿原酸萃取率都有一定的影响,在各单因素试验条件下选择乙醇作为夹带剂、乙醇浓度70%、乙醇用量400 mL/100 g、萃取温度50℃、萃取压力30 MPa、萃取时间5 h和CO_2流量3.5 L/h为好。
Chlorogenic acid has many physiological activities such as antioxidation, removing vivo free radicle, suppressor mutation and antitumor. Influencing factors of supercritical CO2 extraction of chlorogenic acid from sunflower seeds, including modifier category, concentration, dosage, extraction pressure, temperature, extraction time and CO2 flow rate, were analyzed and discussed in full. Results showed that all factors had some effects on extraction yield of chlorogenic acid. On the basis of results of single-factor experiments, modifier category, concentration, dosage, extraction pressure, temperature, extraction time and CO2 flow rate was alcohol, 70% alcohol, alcohol dosage 400 mL/100 g, extraction tempresure 50℃, extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction time 5 h and CO2 flow rate 3.5 L/h, respectively.
