摘要
通过响应面分析法(RSM)研究了超临界CO_2流体萃取南瓜籽油的工艺条件,得出南瓜籽油萃取率与影响因素间的回归模型,并根据模型进行工艺参数优化。同时,用气相色谱法对所得南瓜籽油的脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明,超临界CO_2流体萃取南瓜籽油的最佳工艺参数是:萃取压力为35 MPa,萃取温度为47℃,萃取时间为83 min,在此条件下南瓜籽油的实际萃取率为(46.43±0.54)%;南瓜籽油主要由不饱和脂肪酸组成,其不饱和脂肪酸质量分数达到74.86%,其中主要的亚油酸和油酸质量分数分别为46.21%和28.22%。
The supercritical fluid CO2 extraction parameters for extracting pumpkin seed oil by response surface methodology experimental design were studied, a regression equation with high reliability was obtained, and the technology parameters were optimized by the equation. Meanwhile, the fatty acid composition of the pumpkin seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography. Results: The parameters for extracting pumpkin seed oil with supercritical fluid CO2 are extraction pressure 35 MPa, temperature 47℃, extraction time 83 min. Under the conditions, the actual extraction rate is (46.43 ± 0.54)%. Pumpkin seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids; the total content of unsaturated fatty acids reaches 74.86% , among which linoleic acid and oleic acid accounts for 46.21% and 28.22%, respectively.
