摘要
介绍近年来金银花有效成分绿原酸的各种提取工艺及有关制剂的研究进展,并进行评价及展望。绿原酸是传统中草药金银花的主要活性成分,具有广泛应用前景和巨大开发价值。今后有望应用现代提取分离技术,对金银花的现有工艺及制剂进行改良,进一步加大研究和开发力度,研制新型的制剂,治疗各种疾病。
This paper reviews the various extraction technologies of honeysuckle effective component chlorogenic acid and the research progress on its related preparations.And the related extraction technologies and all kinds of preparation methods are performed the evaluation and prospect.Chlorogenic acid is the main active component of traditional Chinese herbal medicine honeysuckle and has the extensive applicable prospect and the developing value.In the future,it is expected to apply the modern extraction and separation technology to improve the existing technologies and preparations,further intensify efforts of research and development,and develop the newtype preparations for treating various diseases.
