摘要
多糖是生物有机体内普遍存在的一类生物大分子,作为天然生物效应调节剂,不仅能促进T细胞、B细胞、自然杀伤细胞和巨噬细胞等免疫细胞的功能,还能促进白细胞介素2、干扰素、肿瘤坏死因子等细胞因子的产生。大量的药理和临床研究表明,多糖类药物能提高机体的免疫功能,而且具有抗肿瘤的作用。撰文对多糖抗肿瘤机制进行综述。
Polysacchariide is a kind of ubiquitous biomacromolecule of the organism. As a kind of natural biological regulator,it not only can promote the function of many immune cells, such as T-cell, B-cells, NK, macrophage and so on, but also can promote the production of many cytokines, such as interleukin-2 ,interferon ,TNF and so on.. A large number of pharmacological and clinical studies showed that the drug of polysaccharide can improve the immune function of bodies,and it also has anti-tumor funtion. This article reviews the anti-tumor mechanism of polysaccharides compound.
