酸枣多糖的提取及对免疫功能影响的初探 被引量:14

摘要 为探讨酸枣多糖是否具有促进免疫功能作用,对酸枣多糖进行提取并进行了动物实验。提取采用不同温度、pH以及用不同比例乙醇沉淀,结果为90℃的中性偏碱条件提取和5倍量乙醇沉淀效果较好。通过对小鼠灌胃酸枣多糖60 d后测定表明,大、中、小剂量组胸腺重量和胸腺指数均高于对照组,差异显著(p<0.05)。脾重量和脾指数与胸腺趋势相同。各剂量组碳粒廓清指数均显著高于对照组(p<0.05),并大剂量组高于小剂组。初步认为酸枣多糖具有增强免疫功能作用。 The influence of jujube polysaccharide on the immune function was disscused in the paper. The jujube polysaccharide was extracted with different temperatures, pH, and precipitated by different proportions of ethanol, results showed the better conditions were 90 ℃ and pH8 ibr extraction and 5 times amount of ethanol for precipitation, and jujube polysaceharide was taken by the mice for 60 d. The weight of thymus and thymus index in each gose treatment group were higher than those in the control group, significant difference (p〈0.05), and spleen weight and spleen index were with the same trend. The carbon clearance index in the treatment group were higher than the control group, and large dose group was higher than that of small and medium groups. It is considered preliminary that jujube polysaccharide has the effect of strengthening the immune function.
