摘要
应用多糖化合物治疗肝癌是生物学治疗的热点,文中从其诱导肝癌细胞凋亡、增强宿主免疫力、杀伤肝癌细胞、抗新生血管形成、抑制肿瘤细胞突破基膜及提高机体耐受力等角度出发,对近年来多糖化合物抗肝癌作用的可能机制进行综述。
The use of polysaccharides in the treatment of hepatocarinoma is becoming a focus in the studies of biological therapies. This article aims at the possible mechanisms of the anti-hepatocarcinoma action of polysaccharides, and updates their related effects recently reported, such as inducing the apoptosis of hepatoma cells, promoting the host′s immunity, killing hepatocarcinoma cells, suppressing angiogenesis, inhibiting cancer cells from breaking through the basement membrane, and enhancing the body resistance.
