摘要
要搞好大学生辅导员的工作,应该对"辅"与"导"二字有很好的领悟,并在"辅""导"二字上狠下工夫。"辅",意味着辅导员是辅助者或辅佐人,而"主"则是被辅导的主体——大学生。辅导员的辅,必须落实到学生这个主体的身上,辅导员的辅只是外因,它必须通过学生这个主体的内因才能发挥作用。"导",意味着辅导员,要做学生活动的领导者,学生成长的引路人,学生工作的指导者,学生思想的疏导者和学校信息的传导者。
In order to have their work well done, the political and moral counselors in institutes of higher learning should have a good knowledge and understanding of the two words ＂assisting＂ and ＂instructing＂ in their efforts to educate the college and university students. ＂To assist＂ means they should try to play the role of being just an assistant who stand in a subsidiary position while the students assisted in the role of being the main body, which means the political and moral counselor pay more attention the main body students. ＂To instruct＂ means the political assistants should fill five roles, such as a political instructor, a director for college students＇ all-round development, a career guide, a counselor and an administrator for students＇ daily life.
