摘要
高校学生公寓是加强学生思想政治教育的重要场所,是提高学校科学化管理水平的重要组成部分。昆明理工大学针对高校后勤社会改革后学生住宿和学生思想出现的新变化和新问题,实施以党团组织进公寓为载体、以辅导员队伍进公寓为媒介、加强公寓文化建设为平台,极大地增强了思想政治教育的针对性、实效性,提高了思想政治教育工作科学化水平。
