摘要
高校辅导员肩负着新一代大学生思想政治教育的重要使命,是大学生最为密切的良师益友。对当前新形势下辅导员队伍的工作职能进行了分析,提出了将事务性工作单独划分出来的设想。
Counselor undertakes a significant mission of ideological and political education of college students, is also a good mentor of college students. The paper analyzed working function of counselor team under the new situation, and presented the assumption to divide business work alone.
