摘要
教师晋级考核问题是一个涉及多种因素,多层次的决策问题。本文利用模糊数学中多层次综合评判的方法,结合某学院的具体情况,给出了由中级教师职务晋升为高级教师职务过程中业务考核的定量分析。
The problem of teachers rising in rank examining is a multi-level decision problem, which has much to do with many facts. In this paper, by multi-level synthesizely judging method of Fuzzy Mathematics, combing the actual case of certain college, we give the fixed quantity analysis about teachers examinig from middie to supere rising in rank.
