炼厂气脱硫的清洁操作问题 被引量:25

摘要 醇胺降解、装置腐蚀和溶液发泡是炼厂气醇胺法脱硫装置经常遇到的三类操作问题。从分析炼厂气的性质和配方型脱硫溶液的特点入手 ,讨论了操作问题的起因及其内在联系。根据国内外的工业经验 ,提出保持溶液清洁是维持装置稳定运转的关键 ,并阐明了相应的技术措施。 Ethanolamine degradation, equipment corrosion and solution foaming were three operation problems met frequently in the desulfurization units of refinery. By analyzing the characteristics of gas and the formulated desulfurization solution, the causes of the operating problems and their interrelation are discussed. On the basis of industrial experience home and abroad, it is suggested that keeping solution clean is crucial for stable operation. Meantime, the correspondent measures for clean operation are clarified.
