摘要
针对中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司催化裂解干气液化气脱硫装置胺液再生系统设备腐蚀严重的问题,采取了将20号碳钢升级为18-8不锈钢、在贫液返回线上增设活性炭过滤器以及采用AmiPur胺净化技术等措施,取得了良好效果。
Effective measures have been taken to prevent the corrosion of amine regeneration system of FCC LPG desulfurization unit in SINOPEC Anqing Petrochemical Company, such as upgrading the equipment material from 20 # carbon steel to 10-8 stainless steel, installng active carbon filter on the lean solution return line and adoption of AmiPur amine purification technology, etc. Good results have been achieved.
