摘要
端粒长度、端粒酶活性在心血管疾病发生发展过程中的变化引起了心血管界的关注。现就端粒、端粒酶与高血压、动脉粥样硬化、心肌细胞损伤、心力衰竭等心血管疾病的关系和研究状况作一综述。
