摘要
我国的师范教育习自西方国家,在特殊的历史背景下师范教育收费几经变化,对师范教育产生了较大影响。在科教兴国的战略背景下,教师是重要的教育资源,师范教育是发展教育事业的基础。研究师范教育收费的变迁,对解决社会主义市场经济体制下教育领域出现的教师资源配置不均衡等问题有所启示。2007年实施的6所部属师范院校师范生免费教育政策,是对历史的创新,也是新时期解决新问题的必然要求。这一政策预期目标的实现,应注意避免负面效应,也需要一系列的配套措施。
There have been several changes in teacher education charge under the special historical background by learning from Western countries, which has a relatively great influence on teacher education.Teachers are important educational resources and teacher education is the basis of developing education in the context of rejuvenating the country through science. Research into this change has implications for solving the problems, such as imbalance in the distribution of educational resources under the socialist market economic system and so on. The implementation of ＂free education＂ policy in the six pilot normal universities in 2007 is the innovation of history and the inevitable demand to solve problems in the new era as well. To achieve the anticipated goal of this policy, some negative effect should be avoided and a series of supporting measures should also be taken.
