摘要
随着国家免费师范生政策的实施,部属师范院校中农村学生的比例得到大幅提升。但由于各种原因,仍有相当部分农村学生进入部属师范院校后是在非师范专业学习。基于师范院校的特点,本文提出了如何构建合理的培养体系,提升非师范专业农村大学生的社会竞争力。
As the free normal policy implementation,proportion of the rural students in Normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education gets increased greatly. But because all sorts of reasons,there are still quite part of rural students is not in normal school.Based on the characteristics of normal colleges,this paper puts forward how to construct a reasonable cultivation system,improve the Non-teacher professional rural students＇ social competitiveness.
