摘要
采用单克隆抗体免疫荧光技术对Hep－2细胞MDR1基因的表达产物蛋白定量测定，结果证实p－170蛋白高度表达，旨从分子生物学角度探讨喉癌细胞的多药耐受性。
The expression of multidrug resistance gene-1 in Hep-2 cell line was detected usingthe immunofluorescence test. The multidrug resistance of Hep-2 cell line was induced hyVCR in different patterns. Our results suggested that the p-170 protein was overexpressed in Hep-2 cell line. This study added further information on multidrug resistanceof laryngeal carcinoma.
