Snail蛋白表达与肝细胞癌术后预后的相关性研究

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SNAIL PROTEIN EXPRESSION AND PROGNOSIS OF HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA AFTER HEPATECTOMY

摘要 目的研究Snail蛋白在肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达及其与临床病理特征和术后预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测Snail蛋白在103例肝细胞癌及25例正常肝组织中的表达及其在细胞中的定位。结果Snail蛋白高度表达于肝癌组织的细胞核、细胞质,正常肝组织中表达较少甚至不表达,阳性率分别为51.5%和16%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Snail在肝癌中的高表达与肝癌的pTNM分期、肿瘤有无包膜和微血管侵犯有关(P<0.05)。结论HCC患者的术后的预后与Snail蛋白的表达有关,Snail蛋白有可能成为肝癌术后预测复发判断预后的生物学标志。 Objective To research the expression of Snail protein in Hepatocellular Carcinama(HCC)and its correlation with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis after hepatectomy.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to assess the expression of Snail protein in 103 cases of HCC tissues and 25 cases normal liver tissues.The clinicopathological features of HCC were also collected and quantified.The relationship between Snail protein expression and prognosis after surgery was investigated.Results Snail located mainly in plasma of HCC cells.Snail had higher expression in HCC and almost no expression in normal tissue.The positive rate of Snail in HCC was 51.5%,which was significantly higher than that in normal liver tissue(16%,P〈0.05).The expression of Snail in HCC was significantly related with pTNM staging,with/without tumor capsule,and with/without microvascular invasion(P〈0.05).The 5-year overall survival rate was significant lower in the HCC cases with the positively expression of Snail than in the HCC cases with negatively expression(P〈0.05).Conclusion The prognosis and overall survival are correlated with the expression of Snail protein.Snial might be an important biological marker for prognosis of HCC after surgery.
