摘要
本文从经济学角度，对５种检测旋毛虫抗体和４种检测旋毛虫抗原的方法进行了成本分析。应用方法有（１）对试验成本进行合理的界定与分类；（２）根据各类成本的特点确定对其变化的测量方法并进行实际测算。最终得出既经济又实用的检测旋毛虫抗体的方法为快速－ＥＬＩＳＡ（Ｆ－ＥＬＩＳＡ），其次是ＳＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ和ＥＬＩＳＡ，其单位成本依次为：３．９８、４．１３、１０．８９元。采用同样的分析方法，得出检测旋毛虫循环抗原的方法为快速－多克隆抗体夹心－ＥＬＩＳＡ法（Ｆ－ＥＬＩＳＡ），其单位成本为４．２２元。建议在实际应用时，可先用Ｆ－ＥＬＩＳＡ进行初筛，结合Ｆ－ＰｃＡｂ的结果作出诊断。
This article uses the way of cost accounting to analyse expenses of immunodiagnostic methods for detecting antibodies and antigens in trichinosis in China. Among the costs for detecting antibodies, FELISA is the lowest,3.98 yuan per a specimen. Among the costs for detecting antigens,FPcAb is the lowest,4.22 yuan per a specimen. When these methods were used in practice,we suggest that FELISA is the choice in carring out screening,then it should combine with the outcome of FPcAb to obtain a correct diagnosis.
