苦瓜水溶性粗多糖提取及降血糖功能研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用热水浸提法提取苦瓜水溶性多糖。通过正交试验优选浸提条件,确定苦瓜水溶性多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:即提取温度90℃,提取水料比为30∶1,提取时间2 h。对苦瓜水溶性粗多糖的降血糖活性进行研究,结果表明:苦瓜水溶性多糖能够明显降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,剂量500 mg/kg时,效果超出甲糖宁。 In this paper, the hot extraction method was chosen to extract the water- soluble polysaccharides from Momordic charantia L. Orthogonal test was designed to optimize the extracting condition. The result showed that best technological conditions were as follows : the temperature of extraction was 90 ℃, the ratio of water to sample was 30: 1, and the time of extraction was 2 hours. The hypoglycemic activity was studied. The result showed that: the polysaccharides of the Momordica charantia L. could lower the glycemic level of the diabetic rats. The effect was much better than tolbutamide when the dosage of 500 mg/kg was used.
