摘要
采用热水浸提法提取苦瓜水溶性多糖。通过正交试验优选浸提条件,确定苦瓜水溶性多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:即提取温度90℃,提取水料比为30∶1,提取时间2 h。对苦瓜水溶性粗多糖的降血糖活性进行研究,结果表明:苦瓜水溶性多糖能够明显降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,剂量500 mg/kg时,效果超出甲糖宁。
In this paper, the hot extraction method was chosen to extract the water- soluble polysaccharides from Momordic charantia L. Orthogonal test was designed to optimize the extracting condition. The result showed that best technological conditions were as follows ： the temperature of extraction was 90 ℃, the ratio of water to sample was 30： 1, and the time of extraction was 2 hours. The hypoglycemic activity was studied. The result showed that： the polysaccharides of the Momordica charantia L. could lower the glycemic level of the diabetic rats. The effect was much better than tolbutamide when the dosage of 500 mg/kg was used.
