摘要
目的:检测比较国产道地优质甘西丹参的24种无机元素含量,为甘西丹参的药源利用和规范化种植提供了科学依据。方法:用等离子体发射光谱(ICP)法和碱解蒸馏法,t检验。结果:甘西丹参野生品24种无机元素总贮量为33.347 mg/g,常量元素与微量元素的构成比例为45.73∶1.00;药材商品中的Hg、Cd、Pb、As含量均低于0.50μg/g。结论:丹参无机元素含量与产区生态、土壤等条件密切相关,含量各异的活性元素是构成不同道地优质丹参品种间临床疗效差异的重要物质基础,国产地道优质绿色甘西丹参具有相对稳定的元素构成比例。
Objective： To inspect and compare the twenty-four different kinds of elements quality in local natural products of higher quality like Ganxi Salvia przewalskii. Method： By using ICP method and Alkali hydrolysis distilling method. Result： The total constant of the twenty- four elements is 33. 347 mg/g in the natural variety. The ration between ordinary elements and trace elements is 45.73 ： 1.00. The crude drug＇s products contain less than 0.5 μg/g Hg, CA, Pb, As. Conclusion：The elements quality in Salvia przewalskii is varying with the ecological effects of their environment, soil and cultivation. The active elements with different content are an important factor which influences the clinical effects of different local Salvia przewalskii of high quality. There is relatively stable proportions of elements in native green products of higher quality like Ganxi Salvia przewalskii.
