摘要
职业学校学习气氛不足,学生学习动机缺乏是困扰职校教学管理的一大难题。尝试从职业学校教育负向功能视角出发,反思职校教育对学生角色的过分强化给学习动机带来的负向功能,并提出基于生涯发展的学习动机培养策略,试图从塑造学生未来职业人角色入手,通过生涯教育和生涯规划,激发学生的职业生涯发展意识,转换学生角色意识,继而重新激发学生的学习动机,提高其学习的认同感、自信心、主动性及持续性。
The lack of learning atmosphere and motivation is always a problem in vocational schools' teaching management. This paper tries to analyze the problem from the angle of negative function of school education, in retrospect of negative effect of educational function on learning motivation due to the overemphasis on the student-role in vocational schools. Whereas, the concept of the cultivation of career development-based learning motivation is proposed here, which starts with creating the role of career man in stead of the student-role consciousness, so as to arouse the intrinsic learning motivation of students through the career education and planning, by which the learning identity ,confidence, initiative and sustainability can be promoted and improved.
