摘要
对外援助是中国和平外交战略的重要内容。它既是中国和平外交战略的重要实践,也是中国和平外交战略赖以实现的重要手段。新中国成立后50多年的外援实践取得了辉煌的成就,开创了中国外交的新局面。在新世纪,根据不断变化的国内外形势,中国应当适时改进中国的外援工作,以便更好地为中国的和平外交战略服务。
Foreign aid consists of one of the most important parts of China's foreign policy for peace.On the one hand,it is a practice of the foreign policy for peace;on the other hand,it is a very important way to fulfill the idea of foreign policy for peace.During the past 50 years of foreign aid practice,China has attained great achievements and promoted the development of China's foreign relations.However,China should further improve its foreign aid in the new millennium to better serve China's foreign strategy.
