摘要
通过对药物的吸附、包裹和结合,载体可以实现药物靶向传输,降低药物对正常组织的毒副作用,提高生物利用率;介绍了纳米粒子、脂质体和植入剂等新型药物载体的应用,并就药物载体的发展方向进行了探讨。
By adsorption,wrapping and coalescent,drug delivery system could effectively deliver the drug to a target site and increased the bioavailability,therapeutic benefit,with minizing the negative sides.The applicantion of nanoparticles,liposome used as novel kinds of targeting drugs delivery systems were introduced in the text,and discussed the development of drug delivery system in the future.
