乙型肝炎治疗药物应用进展与研究开发策略 被引量：8

摘要 乙型肝炎(乙肝)是严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。目前用于临床的乙肝治疗药物主要有抗病毒药、免疫调节药和肝功能恢复和调节药等。慢性乙肝的治疗,目前尚存在疗效不够满意、复发率高、许多抗病毒药物在达到治疗剂量时对人体亦产生细胞毒性和药价昂贵等问题。所以,抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)药物的研究任重道远。这迫切需要对乙肝治疗药物的应用的充分了解以及对更有效药物的开发思路的探索。
