摘要
本研究从载体系统和靶向制剂两方面,回顾了最近有关药物防治后囊混浊的研究成果。这其中包括有抗体介导的靶向药物、脂质体、纳米毫微粒及药物载体植入剂系统。文章介绍了它们各自在提高利用度、延长有效作用时间、增加靶向性方面的特点以及在体外和临床上的应用效果。
This review summarizes recent work directed towards the treatment of posterior capsular opacification （PCO） with drugs, whether through mofe specific anti-lens agents or through methods of delivery. These areas indude antibody-targeted therapies, liposome, nanoparticles, and drug-detivery systems, based on the utilization of enhanced availability and retetion effect and specific targeting. The ability to treat PCO in vitro and in clinical trials is also discussed.
