摘要
目的HPLC法测定蜂胶片中芦丁的含量。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱；流动组成：0．4％磷酸水溶液．甲醇．乙腈（60：45：5），检测波长为256nm；流速为1．0ml·min^-1。结果芦丁线性范围为0．2603-1．5618μg，平均回收率为98．6％，RSD=1．86％（n=5）。结论方法简便可靠，结果准确。能有效控制蜂胶片的质量。
Aim To determine rutin in the proplis tablets by HPLC. Methods The octadecyl silicon hydride linkage silica gel column was used and methyl 0. 4% phosphoric acid-methanol-acetonitrile （60： 45： 5） was used as mobile phase. The detective wavelength was at 256 nm and the speed of flow is 1.0 ml · min^-1. Results The linear range for rutin is between 0. 2603 μg and 1. 5618 μg. Average recovery for rutin was 98.6% with RSD of 1.86% （ n = 5）. Conclusion This method is proved to be simple, reliable and can be used for the effective quality control of proplis tablets.
