摘要
目的 建立蜂胶片含量测定方法。方法 以Spherigel ODS C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱分离槲皮素，流动相：甲醇-16．7％四氢呋喃的0．4％磷酸溶液（38：62），检测波长：370nm。结果 线性范围：0．098～0．488μg，r=0．9999（n=5）。平均回收率97．57％，RSD=1．32％。结论 方法专属、灵敏、重现性好，为该制剂的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To establish on RP-HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in Fengjiao tablets. Methods Quercetin was separated on Spherigel ODS C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） and than determined at wavelength 370 nm, using rinse fluid of methanol-16. 7% tetahydrofuran of 0. 4% phosphoric acid solution （38 ： 62） as mobile phase. Results The standard curves of quercetin were linear in the range of 0.098 0～0.488 0μg. The average recovery of quercetin was 97. 57%（ RSD=1. 32%）. Conclusions The method was specific and sensitive with good reproducibility,it provided a valuation for quality control of the preparation.
