摘要
目的建立复方芦丁片中维生素C和芦丁含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,甲醇-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液[磷酸调节pH=(3.0±0.1)](45∶55)为流动相;流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长为254 nm和355 nm双波长测定。结果维生素C在19.392～242.400 mg.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000 0,平均回收率为99.14%,RSD=0.69%(n=5);芦丁在9.361 3～117.016 5 mg.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为98.63%,RSD=1.19%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,能同时测定复方芦丁片中维生素C和芦丁的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of vitamin C and rutin in compound rutin tablets.Methods The separation was performed on HPLC.The mobile phase was methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（0.05 mol·L-1）（adjusted pH to 3.0±0.1 with phosphoric acid）（45∶ 55）at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 254nm and 355nm.Results The linear of vitamin C was in the range of 19.392~242.400 mg·L-1（r=1.000 0）.The average recovery was 99.14% and RSD was 0.69%（n=5）.The linear of rutin was in the range of 9.361 3~117.016 5 mg·L-1（r=0.999 6）.The average recovery was 98.63% and RSD was 1.19%（n=5）.Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid,accurate and reproducible.It can be suitable for the simultaneous determination of vitamin C and rutin in compound rutin tablets.
