摘要
目的探讨影响女性性工作者(CSWs)喜欢女用安全套的影响因素,为其应用推广和艾滋病的预防提供科学依据.方法采用随机抽样方法选择119名CSWs进行为期24周的研究.结果人均使用男套和女套的比例从最初的7:1下降到2.5:1,人均使用女套次数随时间呈现逐渐上升的趋势(P<0.05),男套则没有太大波动.喜欢女套的比例从32.4%上升到87.5%(χ2=243.053,P<0.001).非条件Logistic回归分析表明CSWs对女套的认识、女套的特性和客人的态度对CSWs喜欢女套有一定的影响.结论女用安全套的应用推广可弥补男用安全套的不足,提高安全套的使用率,但在预防HIV/AIDS项目中推广使用应该注意其价格和可得性.
Objective To explore influencing factors on using of female condom （FC） among female commercial sex workers （CSWs） in order to promote the use of FC and prevent HIV/AIDS. Methods 119 CSWs were randomized chosen in the 24 weeks＇ operational study. Results The ratio of male condom and FC used by CSWs descended from 7：1 in the beginning to 2.5：1 in the end of study. The average number of FC used by participants increased with the process of the study （test of trend, P 〈 0.05） while the average number of male condom used by CSWs kept stable. The proportion of preferring to use FC in participants increased from 32.4% to 87.5% （χ^2 = 243.053, P 〈 0.001）. Non-Conditional Logistic Regression Analysis showed that the CSWs＇ perceptions to FC, characteristics of FC and vips＇ attitude toward FC were the factors affecting the CSWs preferring to use FC. Conclusions FC can offset the disadvantages of male condom and increase the usage of condom in target population. The price and accessibility of FC should be taken into account in extending the use of FC in prevention HIV/AIDS.
