摘要
目的评价新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构服务状况,为有关卫生主管部门提供科学依据.方法采用分层随机抽样进行问卷调查.结果调查对象对各级定点医疗机构医疗技术水平、服务态度、医疗收费、总体满意度的评价分布差异都有统计学意义(P<0.001).参合农民首选村卫生室就诊,医务人员选择县医院就诊.经非条件Logistic回归分析表明,参合农民选择村卫生室就诊的主要原因是村卫生室医生服务态度好、可信度高、收费低、交通方便、离家近、就医方便、随时都可以看病,总体满意度高等;医务人员选择县医院就诊的主要原因是县医院医疗技术水平高、随时都可以看病、医疗设备先进、药品配备齐全、总体满意度高等.结论有关卫生主管部门应增加农村卫生资源总量,改善县级医疗机构服务态度,降低医疗费用.
Objective Through appraising the service of New - style Rural Cooperative Medical Care fixed -point medical institutions, so as to provide scientific evidence for the health competent departments concemed. Methods We adopted stratified random sampling method to carry out questionnaire investigation. Results There were respective statistical significant differences （ P 〈 0. 001 ） between the respondents＇ appraisal distributions of doctors＇ medical technical level, bedside manners, medical charges, total satisfactory degree and the allocations of health resources among all fixed - point medical institutions. Through analyzing the data by Non - conditional Logistic Regression Analysis, it indicated that the main reasons, which caused the participants to visit the village infirmaries, were as follows： Firstly, the doctors had good bedside manners and high reliability. Secondly, the medical charges of the village infirmaries were lower. Thirdly, the village infirmaries were easy of access as well as close to the participants＇ homes, so it was convenient for farmers to hospitalize and see doctors at any moment. Finally, they had high satisfactory degree, etc. It also indicated that the main reasons, which caused doctors to visit County Hospital, were as follows： Firstly, the doctors had high medical technical level. Secondly, the patients could see doctors at all hours. Thirdly, there were almost all kinds of medicine what the patients needed; finally, its total satisfactory degree was high, etc. Conclusions It was suggested that the health component departments concerned increase gross amount of rural health resources, improve bedside manners of county - level hospitals and reduce medical charges.
