壳寡糖生物农药质量标准与评价方法探讨 被引量:4

摘要 壳寡糖对多种真菌、细菌和病毒具有拮抗作用,能增殖土壤中的有益菌,刺激植物生长,使农作物和瓜果蔬菜增产,并且具有高效、低成本、无公害等特点。对壳寡糖的产品标准进行初步的研究与探讨,对壳寡糖的含量、分子量、脱乙酰度等相关的主要质量指标的检验和分析方法进行比较和选择,参照Elson-Morgan法,选择水解条件:100℃水浴2 h,盐酸浓度12 mol/L测定壳寡糖的含量,采用乙酰丙酮显色端基法测定壳寡糖分子量、及电位滴定法测定壳寡糖的脱乙酰度,初步建立壳寡糖生物农药质量标准与评价方法。 Chitosan oligosaccharide, has an antagonism to multiple fungi, bacteria and viruses, is able to increase the yield of crops, fruits and vegetables. Due to the characteristics of high efficiency, low cost and pollution-free, chitosan oligosac-charide has a good application prospect in agriculture. Product standard (e.g. content, molecular weight, degree of deacetylation and related analysis methods) of chitosan oligosaccharide was preliminarily studied in this paper. According to Elson-Morgan method, hydrolysis condition was chosen as: 100℃ for 2 h, then content of chitosan oligosaccharide was determined with the hydrochloric acid concentration of 12 mol/L. Molecular weight and degree of deacetylation of chitosan oligosaccharide was'determined with color reaction of acetylacetone and potentiometric titration method respectively. Based on the above results, quality standard and evaluation method of biological pesticide-chitosan oligosaccharide were preliminarily established.
