摘要
我国教育管理学自创建以来,在研究范式上更多地遵循着"体系建构"的逻辑,这一研究取向极大地促进了学科的发展,但也逐渐凸现出较大的局限性。研究范式的转换成为进一步推进学科建设的迫切需要。"问题研究"是以实践中的问题为出发点的研究范式,它不仅与教育管理学的学科属性是相适切的,还可以推动研究方法的多元化、促进研究人员的专业化,能有效地推动我国教育管理学学科建设。
Since the establishment of China' s educational management science, the study followed more on the paradigm of "system construction". The logic of this research orientation have greatly promoted the development of China' s educational management science, but also showed great limitations. It is urgent for further development of the discipline that paradigm is changed. "Problem" research is the research mode which starts from the problems in practice, it is not only appropriate with the educational management discipline' s attribute, can also promote the diversification of research methods, the professionalizing of research staff, can effectively promote the construction of educational management science.
