摘要
目的:建立北豆根精制总碱胶囊中蝙蝠葛碱含量的高效液相测定法。方法:色谱柱为ODS-C18柱(Hypersil ODS2,4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为磷酸三乙胺缓冲液—乙腈(80:20),流速为1ml.min-1,检测波长为280nm,柱温为25℃。结果:经测定蝙蝠葛碱在0.576～2.880mg(r=0.9999,n=5)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率101.94%,RSD%=2.65%。结论:本方法简便,快速,测定结果准确、重现性好。
Object:To establish a HPLC method for determining the contents of Dauricine in refined total alkaloids of Rhizoma Menispermi capsule.Method:Stationary phase was ODS-C18 column(Hypersil ODS2,4.6mm×150mm,5μm).The consisted of phosphate and triethylamine—acetonierile(80:20) was used as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min,the wavelength of detector was 280nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results:The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0.576～2.880 mg.The average recovery is 101.94% and RSD is 2.62%.Conclusion:It seems that the method is simple,accurate,rapid and with good reproducibility.
