摘要
目的研究不同来源的北五味子的质量状况,为五味子大面积种植和快速繁殖提供基础。方法以北五味子中的五味子醇甲总量为评价指标,以高效液相测定法为测定手段,对不同来源的北五味子进行检测。结果自选品系的北五味子中的五味子醇甲含量高于其他来源的五味子醇甲的含量,并且不同来源的五味子醇甲含量不同。结论该法准确可靠,为更好地研究五味子的质量状况提供了科学依据。
Objective To study the quality of Schisandra chinensis Turcz. Baill from different sources. Methods With the content of Schizandrol A as index, HPLC was used to detect Schisandra chinensis Turcz. Bail. from different resources. Results The quality of Schisandra chinensis Turcz. Baill from self - selecting strain was better than any others, and they had different contents in different Schisandra chinensis Turcz. Baill. Conclusion The method is feasible, and it can be used for the quality control of the Schisandra chinensis Turcz. Baill.
