摘要 目的研究蝙蝠葛碱对肾上腺素所致药物性高血压大鼠的影响.方法各组给药前均先给肝素钠500U单位。模型组注射生理盐水(Saline)10mL/kg、Ver组(0.98mL/kg剂量给药组)、低荆量组(2mg/kg)、中剂量组(4mg/kg)、高剂量组(8mg/kg)3个剂量给药组,在注射相应药物之后1~3min之内,注射重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素注射液0.18mL/kg.标记给药后各组大鼠的血压变化.结果Dau2,4,8mg/kg和Ver组注射Dau及Ver后。血压下降明显,Dau8mg/kg效果最显著平均动脉压均值降至12.9kPa.Dau4,8mg/kg组和Ver组与Control组比较,统计学差异显著P〈0.01.给予NA后,Dau2,4mg/kg组及Vet组血压均有所上升,Dau4mg/kg组和Ver组升高幅度相似,Dau 8 mg/kg组血压上升幅度不足Control组一半(平均动脉压均值为17.6kPa).且Dau4,8mg/kg组和Ver组与Control组比较。有显著差异P〈0.01.结论提示Dau可以降低正常大鼠血压。不同浓度的Dau对NA引起的大鼠血压升高有明显的对抗作用. Objective The experiment aims to study the effects of Dauricine(Dau) on the hypertension rats caused by Noradrenaline(NA). Methods After the administration of 500 μ of Na to each group, the medicine is injected to the following groups respectively: model group(Saline 10 mL/kg), Ver group (Ver 0.98 mL/ kg), low groups, mid and high purity(Dau 2 mg/kg)(Dau 4 mg/kg)(Dau 8 mg/kg) respectively. 1- 3 minutes later, NA is injected(0.18 mL/kg). Finally we note the change of rats' blood pressure. Results After the injection of Dau and Ver, the blood pressure of the Dau groups of 2, 4, 8 mg/kg and that of Ver group depressed conspicuously, in which the Dau group 8 mg/kg is the most significant (12.9 kPa). Compared of control group with the Dau groups of 4, 8 mg/kg & Vet group, the statistics difference is clear (P〈0.01). In the post-administration of NA period, hypertension can be seen in the groups of Dau 2, 4 mg/kg and Ver. Among them, there is similarity between the groups of Dau 4 mg/kg and Vet. And the rising range of Dau 8 mg/kg is less than half of the control group(17.6 kPa). The distinct difference lies in the comparison between groups of Dau 4, 8 mg/kg, Ver and Control(P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The injection of Dau has great effects on depressing the blood pressure of the normal rats, NA effects are obviously restrained by Dau with different purities.
