摘要
科技查新本应是科技发展项目评估工作中的重要组成部分,但目前未能得到相关单位的足够重视,本文就科技查新在科技发展项目评估阶段的功能进行了阐述,对查新机构、用户和科技管理部门等各方面的责任和义务进行了分析,并提出了几点建议。
High-tech novdty retrieval should be an important part of item valuation in science and technology project. But it could not get enough concerned currently. This text discussed the function of hish-tech novelty retrievals in the science and technology project valuation stage, analyzed the responsibility and duties of high - tech novelty retrieval organization, customer and science and technologies management, then put forward some suggestions.
