摘要
分析查新委托方与查新机构方在查新过程中存在的问题与影响查新质量的因素,分别提出提高查新质量的对策,包括积极宣传、加强文献资源建设、提高查新队伍水平等方面。
The paper analyzes the problems emerging in the process of novelty assessment from both entrusting party and novelty assessment institutes, founds the factors and proposes countermeasures for promoting the novelty assessment quality, including positive publicity, promoting literature resource construction, improving the quality of novelty assessment staffs, etc.
