摘要
随着各省（市）卫生厅（局）、科技厅（局）明确要求科研项目申请和成果评定材料中需有查新报告的指令性实施,科研人员（即用户）对查新工作的意义和重要性的认识以及对查新委托流程的熟悉程度正在逐步提高,在查新委托中出现的问题已逐年减少,但部分用户,主要是地区或县市级医院及相关医疗单位的用户在查新委托中仍存在一些问题,尤其在成果查新委托中相对较多。根据多年的查新实践,对科技查新出现的相关问题以及如何提高查新质量进行探讨,旨在提请用户重视和同行注意。
As each Province（municipality） Health department（bureau）,science and technology department（bureau） demand definitely that the application of scientific research items and achievement evaluation materials need to have novelty search report,scientific research personnel（customer） increasingly recognize that the significance and importance of novelty search working and is more and more familiar with the entrusting process of novelty search.so the appearing problem in the entrusting process is gradually declining.but some customers,especially district or county grade hospital and related medical units still have some questions,particularly in the achievements of novelty search entrust.according to novelty search practice for many years,discuss related problems of novelty search and how to improve novelty search quality in this text,the purpose is to remind customers and counterparts pay attention to this work..
