摘要
针对科技查新中存在的规范化管理、对查新工作的认知以及查新人员的综合素质等存在的问题,提出了建立规范化科技查新工作考核制度和体系,实现查新报告资源共享,加强科技查新服务宣传力度,提高查新队伍实力及人员素质等措施。
Measures for improving the quality of scientific literature novelty assessment were put forward, including establishment of standard inspection system of scientific literature novelty assessment, realization of scientific literature novelty assessment report resource share, intensification of scientific literature novelty assessment propagan- da, and improvement of the strength and literacy of staff engaged in scientific literature novelty assessment according to the problems in scientific literature novelty assessment.
