摘要
"就业指导"课程应从建构主义和基于问题的学习出发,建立"技能——核心技能——核心技能点"为主线的内容体系,在教学中,建构"个人职业向性测评——职业技能训练——实现个人职业目标"教学策略,突出技能训练的特点,体现因材施教和按需施教的原则,实现"就业指导"课程由理论体系到技能训练体系的根本性改变。
Starting from the constructionism and problem - based learning, the following measures should be taken. First, the content system of Employment Guidance should be constructed by taking “ skill to core skill to core skill point” as the main line. Second, the teaching strategy of “individual evaluation of professional Orientation to professional skill training to realization of individual professional goal” should be constructed. In this process, the feature of professional training should be emphasized and the principle of teaching according to individual differences and needs should be manifested so that the fundamental transformation from theoretical system to skill training system in the course of Employment Guidance can be realized.
